Solving a Critical Industry Problem

F & B Consulting Inc was founded to address a recurring issue in the event industry: inefficient bar operations that limit revenue, slow service, and compromise guest satisfaction.

Too many events rely on improvised setups, undertrained staff, and outdated service models. We saw the opportunity to introduce professional systems inspired by high-end nightlife, hospitality management, and large-scale production environments.

Our goal was simple build bar operations that perform consistently under pressure.

Today, we work with promoters, producers, venues, and brands across the country to deliver structured, scalable beverage and VIP programs.
